Pilot open to firms and practitioners

CPD records
for Australian law firms

Record activities, keep evidence and run firm CPD sessions. Track each practitioner's progress against the requirements for their profession and jurisdiction.

What Cupid records

One record per activity

Each activity holds its date, provider, category, points and supporting evidence.

Completed activities count

Only completed activities count towards the annual total, category progress and exports. Drafts and entries waiting for approval are left out until they are completed.

Product

Progress by practitioner

Each practitioner sees their points and the compulsory areas they still need to cover. Firm staff with access see the same figures for everyone.

Firm oversight

Record access

Audit log

Access grants, identity changes and policy changes are logged with the member who made them and the time.

Separate record permission

Workspace administration does not include access to another practitioner's CPD record.

Firm security policy

The firm can require two-factor authentication and control changes to work email addresses.

Organisation boundaries

Records stay in the workspace they were recorded in. Belonging to one firm gives no access to another firm's records.

Create a workspace or book a walkthrough

Setting up a workspace takes a few minutes. A walkthrough is a 30-minute call where we go through your current CPD register with you.
