Firms and individual practitioners can join. We configure the workspace and import your existing register, then you use Cupid for your current CPD work and tell us what does not fit.

What the record holds

Each activity keeps the category and points claimed, its supporting evidence and the requirement profile used to measure it.

Pilot setup

01

Configure the workspace

We add the roster and set each practitioner's profession, jurisdiction and current CPD year.

02

Import the existing register

We import activities from a spreadsheet or another system and attach the evidence you provide.

03

Use Cupid for current work

Your firm records activities, attaches evidence, runs sessions and reviews practitioner progress.

04

Give direct feedback

You report problems to us as you find them, and we reply to each one.

Who the pilot is for

Firms with a named person responsible for CPD records and sessions, and practitioners who keep their own record.

Suitable firms and practitioners

  • One person maintains CPD records for several practitioners.
  • Practitioners work under more than one jurisdiction or profession scheme.
  • The firm runs sessions and records attendance separately from practitioner records.
  • The current CPD register is a spreadsheet or shared file.
  • A barrister or sole practitioner who keeps their own CPD record.

What the pilot requires

  • A primary contact who can spend about one hour a month with us.
  • A current register and the supporting records needed for migration.
  • Direct feedback when the product does not match your process.

Join the pilot

We set up each pilot workspace ourselves and email you before anything is created.
