Cupid records CPD activities for solicitors and barristers admitted in the eight Australian jurisdictions, and measures each record against the scheme for that practitioner's profession and jurisdiction.
What Cupid does
Official sources
Each requirement profile shows its official source and the date it was last checked.
Any eligible activity
Record internal training, commercial courses, law society events, writing, presenting and committee work from any provider.
Evidence on the activity
The category, evidence and source session stay on the activity record and appear in its export.
No compliance certificate
Cupid tracks activities and shows gaps against the selected scheme. The practitioner remains responsible for any declaration to their regulator.
