Billing
Plans, capacity, the subscription and what changes when it ends.
Plans
Cupid has three plans. Current prices and capacity limits are on the pricing page.
- Starter is billed for each practitioner who keeps a CPD record. Practice managers, assistants and other staff without a record do not count towards the practitioner limit.
- Firm has one price for the workspace. Every accepted member counts towards its limit, including practice managers, assistants and other non-lawyer staff. A pending invitation holds a place until it is accepted or revoked.
- Enterprise covers larger workspaces and contracted requirements.
Prices are in Australian dollars, and the price on the pricing page is the amount charged. Bezeled Pty Ltd is not registered for GST. Its invoices do not include GST and are not tax invoices.
Managing the subscription
Administrators manage billing from Settings > Plan. Payments and invoices are handled by Stripe.
- Change plan or billing interval, where the destination plan supports it.
- Open the Stripe billing portal.
- View and download invoices.
A downgrade cannot take effect while the workspace has more members than the destination plan allows.
When a subscription ends
The workspace becomes read-only when its paid subscription is no longer active. Members can read existing data and use the exports included in the last paid plan. They cannot add or change organisation data until another subscription is active.
