The CPD profile holds the practitioner's profession and jurisdiction. Together they select the requirement profile applied to the record.

Profession

• Solicitor
• Barrister

The profession sets the categories, minimums, caps and activity rules shown in Cupid.

Jurisdiction

Cupid holds profiles for New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania, the Australian Capital Territory and the Northern Territory.

The jurisdiction sets the CPD year dates and the requirement version applied to each activity. A solicitor and a barrister in the same jurisdiction can have different profiles.
