Getting started
Create an account, set up a workspace and set the CPD profile.
Signup creates the account, the workspace and the first CPD profile in one flow.
Create an account
- Open Get started from the website, or choose a plan on the pricing page.
- Choose whether to create a workspace or join an existing one.
- Enter the workspace details and your own role.
- Open the activation link sent to your email.
If you chose a plan before signup, checkout opens after email confirmation. A workspace needs an active paid plan before data can be added or changed.
Join an existing workspace
Use the invitation link sent by the organisation. Joining by work email is only available when the organisation has enabled its verified domain.
Unfinished setup
An account with no completed workspace is sent to Set up your workspace on its next sign-in.
