Build an audit pack or print a record of engagement.
Audit pack
An audit pack is one ZIP holding a PDF register, the supporting CSV files and any included evidence. Every plan includes it. A personal workspace builds the practitioner's pack. An authorised firm member can build a pack for the firm or for one practitioner.
- Open Audit pack.
- Choose the CPD year. On a firm plan, choose the whole firm or one practitioner.
- Optionally narrow the categories or dates, and choose whether evidence files go in the ZIP. Totals still cover the full year. Narrowing only changes what is listed and annexed.
- Preview the cover and the ZIP tree, then download.
The preview and the download use the same filters. The pack reference is assigned when the file is downloaded.
Record of engagement
A record of engagement is a printable summary of one practitioner's year. Filter by year and, where permitted, by practitioner. It does not include the audit pack's file structure.
